Take 6mm off floating shelves and hang

Based in Carrigaline need job done ASAP. We have 3 floating shelves made to order to fit alcove to left of fireplace. However fireplace is not square and shelves will not slide in to fit the hanging mechanism 

will need to take 6mm off each of the 3 shelves made of solid mdf  drill walls fit rebar and finish . Each do the 3 shelves has 3 holes pre drilled and we have 9 steel rebar which will fit into each shelf and fit into drilled hole in wall we also have 2 tubes of anchor set rapid setting to keep bars inside wall
