Replace / Repair MagLock

We have an existing mag lock with pin pad and button push to exit but it is not working Current appears to be flowing still thru CAT5 cabling. I purchased a new mag lock to test if it was the old magnet that failed but couldn’t get it working Easiest would be to get the old one working as then no need to afix new mounting etc
Use mouse wheel to zoom in an out on picture, or pinch and pull on mobile devices.
