Boiler repair and plinth heater to be connected

I’ve got a baxi boiler with an e164 error. Boiler clicks but won’t fire up. Only about 4 years old. Need that fixed. Also have a plinth heater that I need connected in to the plumbing and fitted into the existing kickboard under the sink. The piping is already in place to connect it to. Small bit of wiring required to actually connect the plinth heater then.Â
