Bathroom (Ensuite) Refurbishment

Refurbishment of an upstairs ensuite unit. Shower unit was leaking and we have already removed it with the surrounding tiles. Need a waterproof shower installed. Also, we will replace all tiles, sink, mirror/storage unit, undersink storage unit, toilet/cistern unit, light over mirror, ceiling light. Shower shape and size is 900mm alcove. Will need bi-fold door. Slight timber damage in partition at base of shower which will need to be repaired, as will the partition panels around the shower. Ensuite floor area is 36” X 116”. Room height is 98”. The ensuite backs onto a small hot-press unit. The partition between the shower unit and the hot-press will need to be replaced. We are happy to supply all tiles, the shower unit, the sink and presses, the toilet and cistern, the replacement wall panels and timbers, and the light fittings. Need a quote for the labour involved in this refurbishment job.
