Pair remote control with Electric Fire

I have a Flamerite Mercia electric fireplace
which operates only by remote control (cannot be turned on and off manually).
The remote control is Model No. YCT – 100 operating on Frequency 433.92Mhz.
The remote control seems to be okay.
The red light comes on when pressed but it is no longer communicating with the fire and I cannot turn the fire on.
I’m looking for someone to repair this.
