Cement plastering of stripped outside wall.

Looking to get quotes for plastering an external wall. Smooth cement finish is what I’m looking for. The wall measures 4.70m wide * 2.60 m high. Made up of a mix of brick and rocks. Some of the surface is quite uneven so may need a fair amount of filling to bring it all out to a level, smooth surface.
